We adopted Oceana on Veterans Day. She was attacked by dogs and nearly lost her leg. Her owners surrendered her so they didn’t have to pay for her recovery. She loves people, but she hates other dogs, kind of a doggie PTSD. Oceana is calm. She doesn’t know how to play fetch or catch a frisbee, but she loves to walk.
